Topic: "What Goes Around Comes Around - Really?"
Text: Ecclesiastes 1:9; 2 Peter 3:13
Scripture Reading: Ecclesiastes 1:11; 2 Peter 3:8-13
Focus: Ecclesiastes concludes that all things repeat themselves endlessly and meaninglessly. That's a god does of reality that we all need. but it is not the whole story. We need to contrast the gospel message with his fatalistic view. |

Focus: Expectation, anticipation, hope are indispensable words in Christian theology. The impetus/movement of our faith always directs us forward - to keep us pressing on. |

Scripture Reading: Exodus 34;29-35; 2 Corinthians 3:7-18
Focus: Paul uses the story of Moses in Exodus 34 - and the metaphor of the veil to argue the superiority of spiritual religion in contrast to the deficiency of legalistic religion. It's an argument that still needs to be made. |
